The key responsibilities for the role are:
Manage the coordination and administration of all clinical placements.
Lead & manage a team of highly skilled clinical educators that support student placements.
Day to day operational leadership ie budgets, reporting and compliance.
Foster key stakeholder relationships.
Support culturally responsive relationships for the wellbeing and support of learners.
About you / He kōrero mōu
To be successful in this role you will need:
To have health care experience, either health management or registered/enrolled nurse
a minimum 5 years experience in a similar environment
strong leadership and staff management skills.
previous knowledge of the scope of practice and competencies for registered nurses.
an understanding of specialist clinical areas.
previous experience within tertiary education settings and understanding of the Nursing degree programme would be an advantage.
