Hopscotch & Harmony is a well-established and respected multi-award winning private practice that has a strong focus on child and adolescent mental health and neurodiversity-affirming assessments.
We are looking for motivated and passionate psychologists who would like to further their career in our collaborative, client-centred child and adolescent private practice at our Werribee practice in Melbourne's west and Belmont in Geelong.

We offer full-time or part-time employment if your priority is stability and leave entitlements, and we offer contracting agreements for psychologists if you prefer autonomy and independence.
Clinical receptionist - GEELONG - P/T - Commences October 2026
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Receptionist to join our Client Relationships Team at our Belmont psychology clinic.
This permanent part-time role offers variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
About the Role
This role is focused on providing high level reception and administration support to clinicians and clients.
About You
You’ll enjoy a fast-paced, client-centred environment and enjoy solving problems while being part of a supportive team. You’re tech-savvy, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Selection Criteria:
Previous experience in an allied health, medical, or general practice reception.
Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic demeanour.
Proficiency in allied health/medical practice software and cloud-based systems.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to the needs of the clinic.

This position’s primary focus is to provide an excellent experience for our clients, their families and our referring partners. The goal for this position is to take ownership of client (and prospective client) enquiries, bookings, and issues and follow problems through to resolution with the intention of increasing satisfaction and loyalty.
The Clinical Receptionist is the face of our organisation and represents the practice on a very personal level. They work closely with other key members of the team.
This is a part-time position (2-3 days per week). There may be an opportunity for additional hours.
