As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception duties and provide top-notch customer service
Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes, maintaining accurate patient records
Verify Medicare/health insurance details and complete patient invoicing and Medicare claims
Book patient appointments and obtain results as required
Essential Criteria
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in computer literacy and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous medical rooms experience is essential
Knowledge of Genie software on Apple Mac is required
