The clinical research assistant is employed by a hospital or medical research center, who is involved in the administration of clinical trials. In this role, you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
The Clinical Research Coordinator is a specialized research professional working with and under the direction of the Clinical Investigator.
You will be given detailed instructions on all tasks that need to be carried out, and the decisions that you make will impact your work.
While the Principal Investigator is primarily responsible for the overall design, conduct, and management of the clinical trial, the CRC supports, facilitates and coordinates the daily clinical trial activities and plays a critical role in the conduct of the study. Identifying, evaluating, and establishing trial sites, and closing sites down on completion of the trial.
By performing these duties, the CRC works with the PI, department, sponsor, an institution to support and provide guidance on the administration of the compliance, financial, personnel and other related aspects of the clinical study.
Qualification: BSc (Bio/MicroBio) / MSc(Bio/MicroBio/ Chem) / Pharmacy / BDS/ BHMS/ MBBS / Any Life Science Graduates.
Experience: Fresher.
