Maintaining accurate records of care plans, health status changes, and interventions provided.

Requirements

Bachelor of Nursing degree

Current AHPRA registration

Demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care

Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
