MTMC Clinical Division is hiring nurses for product education, training, surveillance and skills development! We are seeking motivated and skilled registered nurses with clinical experience in med surg, critical care, vascular access, NICU or PICU areas to work on a PER DIEM basis in CALIFORNIA AND THE MIDWEST to provide customers with education and training on our product portfolios. This is not a sales position; it requires spending time in healthcare facilities and working with customers on the proper use of our products.
The Clinical Support Nurse provides professional clinical support to customers (primarily physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers), through education and training regarding the multiple product portfolios. You will quickly become an extension and work collaboratively with our field sales organization. This role requires collaboration with sales teams to build clinical credibility and peer rapport with customers to drive business. Pivotal to your success will be your ability to develop effective working relationships with the customers in your territory, with whom you'll interact on a regular basis. This position requires travel in the territory assigned.
Qualifications
· A valid Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States
· Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
· Two years of relevant clinical experience as a licensed RN is required.
· Ability to work flexible hours, during days, nights and/or weekends as necessary is required.
· Travel is necessary (potentially overnight).
· Critical thinking in clinical and business situations.
· Must be able to meet vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Clinical practice experience in critical care, or surgical services (operating rooms).
Training provided on all product lines and prior to deployment on an assignment.
Salary is dependent upon experience and based on regional rates. Per Diem nurses are compensated hourly for onsite work and prep work, and for travel time. Expenses are reimbursed and per diem meal allowances are provided.
