Sales Closer Role
Convert qualified leads into enrollments through consultative calls and structured follow-ups for our Publishing & Editing Certification.
• Conduct discovery + counseling calls with prospective learners
• Qualify leads based on intent, readiness, budget, and fit
• Explain program outcomes, structure, projects, and timelines clearly
• Handle objections (time, money, confidence, family pressure) with empathy + logic
• Drive closure via payment links and seat reservation workflows
• Maintain CRM hygiene: notes, stages, next actions, follow-up dates
• Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding after payment
• Share daily reporting: calls done, follow-ups, closures, revenue
