Role Overview:
We are seeking a Closing Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful deals by understanding client needs, building trust, and closing property-related transactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and close high-intent leads generated by the marketing and inside sales teams.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and detailed consultations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring win-win deals for both the company and clients.
• Maintain a high closing ratio and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure a smooth closure process.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate sales, especially in closing residential or commercial property deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Knowledge of the Pune/Kharadi real estate market is a plus.
