Key Responsibilities
Execute menu items to spec with speed and precision during high-volume service.
Act as the point of contact during the closing shift, ensuring all stations are cleaned, sanitized, and broken down correctly.
Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring every plate leaving the window meets our standards.
Oversee all closing checklists, including equipment shutoff, walk-in organization, and kitchen security.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a high-volume professional kitchen.
Leadership: Previous experience in a supervisory or "lead" role is a major plus, but we’re willing to train a senior cook ready to level up.
Stamina: Ability to stay focused and move fast during an 8-hour shift on your feet.
Eye for Detail: You’re the person who notices if the low-boy isn’t organized or the grill wasn't scraped properly
