Must have capability alignment (resume mapping): o Azure architecture & design (CAF/WAF/Landing Zone, governance, cost optimization, compute, storage, HLD, LLD, Azure functions, Logic app, key vault, azure backup, azure monitor). o Core networking & security (VNet/ER/Firewall/App Gateway, Entra ID/Azure AD, Sentinel/Defender). o Prior migration experience (Azure Migrate/ASR). o (Nice to have) AZ 305 / AZ 104 / AZ 500 certifications. 3. Exclude profiles predominantly focused on: o AWS only / GCP only experience without substantial Azure delivery. o Pure data warehouse/data engineer or application developer roles not anchored in cloud architecture.
