Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Cloud Backend Developer to lead our team as a Technical Lead. You will oversee backend development for enterprise-grade eCommerce platforms, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Lead backend development on Cloud systems.
• Design scalable and maintainable architectures for complex eCommerce systems.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems (ERPs, CRMs, Payment Gateways, etc.).
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews.
• Handle deployments, release management, and performance tuning.
• Work with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• 5–8 years of experience in backend development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js preferred) and server-side technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of eCommerce business processes and architecture.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Full Stack (React/Vue on frontend).
• Previous remote or distributed team experience.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS.
• Remote-first team.
• Collaborative and transparent work culture.
• Night shift support for US-based clients (5 PM – 2 AM EST).
