Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Ensure processes are followed as defined 2 First escalation point and co-ordinate handling of Severity 1 incidents including internal and client communications 3 Create Major Incident Reports MIR/RCA and monitor progress of MIR/RCA actions 4 Monitor and manage all severity incidents as per SLA
Technical Experience : 1Understanding of Cloud environment 2 Managed Client transitions 3 Hands on experience in working in a multi-client environment 4 Has worked on Automations initiatives 5 Hands on experience in Service NOW
