THE ROLE
The Cloud Delivery Team Lead is responsible for the timely delivery of SaaS Cloud projects within the APAC region. Accountable for ensuring that the overall programme of work for Temenos Cloud (platforms, databases & applications) is optimised from a resource and cost perspective whilst ensuring the timely delivery of work items to defined budget, schedule and quality standards.
The Cloud Delivery Team Lead will work closely with other members of the implementation team, both within Temenos and Implementation partners, to ensure that activities are coordinated between parties. The Cloud Delivery Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that any third-party deliverables are verified in accordance with defined standards & processes and that all artefacts are placed under configuration management and change control.
OPPORTUNITIES
• You will define, develop, communicate, and maintain the delivery methodology for the implementation of Temenos Cloud services, ensuring it is aligned to the Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) and industry best practice.
• You will assist Presales & Sales with Project sizing and Delivery process clarification.
• You will plan & Execute Cloud projects with technical understanding to drive them on time, budget & scope.
• You will produce supporting materials, including documentation and template project plans for use by project managers and implementation partners involved in the delivery of Temenos Cloud implementations.
• You will work with project managers and implementation partners to ensure that dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues are identified, recorded, and managed throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• You will work with internal Temenos Cloud functions to identify project activities required in relation to client implementations, platform management, operations management, and IT audit activities.
• You will prepare and communicate Project Initiation Documents outlining the scope, business objectives and critical success factors for each project.
• You will act as the Change Manager for the Operational Change Control process, ensuring that all changes that impact Cloud services are logged and processed in accordance with the Temenos Cloud Change Management Policy.
• You will represent all project Changes at the Cloud Architecture Board (CAB).
• You will manage partner expectations and ensure implementation is within the agreed scope and timeframe.
• You should oversee the overall implementations within the region and summarize concerns on any roadblocks in management.
• You will monitor quality of deliverables according to TEMENOS Implementation Methodology and standards and maintain Project File and documentation.
• You will ensure the promotion of TEMENOS and Temenos Cloud image in all communications and meetings with external stakeholders.
• You will identify and advice Temenos Cloud management of opportunities to increase revenues.
• You will ensure appropriate submission of project team timesheets, approve timesheets, and expense claims and provide Finance with accurate information for invoicing purposes.
Requirements
• You should have a good sense of ownership and come across as a likeable and trustworthy professional.
• You are a strong team player and embraces dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• You should have 6+ years of project management experience with 2+ years of proven technology delivery experience in the Cloud space
• You should have 1+ year of delivery experience in FinTech or Financial Products
• You should have experience in delivering complex Enterprise software solutions with Partners and System Integrators
• You should have experience in Cloud Providers environments such as Azure and AWS
• You should have experience working in a regionally distributed organization where cross team collaboration is required to achieve outcomes
• You should have knowledge of delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and experience in Hybrid delivery models
• You should have understanding of DevOps delivery frameworks
• You should have proven team co-ordination and people management skills
• You should have customer management skills including dealing effectively with escalations
