What will you do
• Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in IT industry.
• Architecture/Application design of 4-5 years.
• Should have hands-on admin experience on container architecture and cloud technology e.g. docker image creation, Kubernetes, and HELM (chart creation, Deployment Management).
• Hands-on Experience in development on Java/J2EE, Spring boot and troubleshooting and execution.
• Good in API Exposure fundamentals and Defining new APIs on REST Standards.
• Good Exposure in database like Oracle/Postgres, PL/SQL or PLSQL.
• Hands-on Experience of Kubernetes and Docker based application development & deployment.
• Knowledge of Automation, DEVOPS and Security.
• Good mentoring and coaching skills
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent teammate with outstanding skills in collaboration among key partners.
• Proficient in English language (speak and write)
• Excellent social and communication skills
To be successful in this role, you need
• Deep technical capability and experience in leading/managing project delivery with large scale systems/SaaS.
• Cloud Knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes
• Must be technically savvy and completely at ease with leading successful engineering focused discussions with different teams.
• Development experience in Java/Dot-net based projects during the beginning of career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents
• Ability to quickly understand context and apply big picture thinking to achieve tangible results
• The ability to communicate efficiently with higher management levels.
• Experience using Jira and GitLab in Agile software development
• Adheres to standard methodologies in performing health checks, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance including evaluation/implementation Software Lifecycle Management.
• Experience in guiding team for their growth through people management activities.
Work towards continuous improvement on tools/processes/people/culture and redefining to align the organization in the targeted direction.
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Intrapersonal skills and ability to empower and mentor team members
Experience Needed
• BE/BTech in Computer Science or a strongly associated field
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Minimum years of relevant experience: 5 to 8 years of demonstrable experience.
