Cloud DevOps Programmer Analyst

The cloud integration team is responsible for setting up the automation processes required by the business and business sectors to orchestrate and operate our infrastructure on the public cloud. We help improve critical systems for the organization. We actively participate in the work and activities that shape Desjardins Group’s future. As a cloud DevOps programmer analyst, you will work on the team in charge of all the property and casualty insurance infrastructure, which is currently undergoing a major technological change. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary, agile and dynamic squad that’s in charge of supporting the development teams with the implementation of test environments, code deployment and monitoring production infrastructure. You’ll work in an Azure cloud environment with deployment targets based on infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration as code (CaC), continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD). You must be resourceful and enjoy exploring new technologies. More specifically, you will be required to : Develop infrastructure as code and configuration as code deployment scripts in a cloud-computing environment within a continuous integration / continuous deployment context (CI/CD) Be committed to improving the processes in place to simplify and modernize value delivery Follow up on achievements and issues to complete reviews with squad leaders Work with various players (designers, functional analysts, developers) to implement IT solutions Track assigned tasks with Jira Be able to review code for peers What we offer* Competitive salary and annual bonus 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement Group insurance including telemedicine Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment *Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria. What you bring to the table Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of four years of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Knowledge of French is required Expertise in cloud computing Proficiency with PowerShell, Ansible, Bash, ARM Template, Bicep and/or Terraform Familiar with some of the following products: Git, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jira Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration Knowledge of delivery processes in continuous development pipeline mode Available to provide 24/7 on-call systems support, on rotation Complexity, Plans and aligns, Tech savvy #LI-Hybrid Trade Union (If applicable) At Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
