Job Title: Cloud Security Engineer - L2
Location: Mumbai
Experience required: 2 years
Position Type: Full-Time
Key Performance Area
Alert/Incident Investigations & Reporting
Handle escalations from Customer
Make sure the team maintains the SLA of the ticket
Cloud Security and PCCSE Certifications
Roles and Responsibilities:
Security Alerts or Incident investigation and remediations
Manage team along with customer support tickets & maintain SLA.
Interact with customers, & maintain and update reports on a daily and weekly basis.
You may also be required to work on implementation projects.
You will also be expected to create and maintain a learning path for Cloud Security Software as per designated by the organization.
Interact with team members and train them whenever needed.
Who can Apply:
Cloud certified Individuals with 2 years of Experience working on Cloud

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
