4+ years of experience
Good experience at troubleshooting AWS Services including Key services like EC2, ELB, Autoscaling Groups, CloudFront, S3, AWS Lambda, Jenkins, Github, RDS, Migration, Serverless Cloud architecture and implementation features including hosting and deployment of the publish code on AWS
Good knowledge of Web portal configuration, Linux and Windows OS administrative tasks
Experience with Active Directory Migrations, Group Policies
Manage overall site availability, latency, and system health
Manage monitoring environments determine alert strategies and tune them in production
Develop and manage configuration scripts for Amazon-hosted infrastructure
work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS Cloud services
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs
Write SOPs, tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the customer community
Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customers technical support experience
Assist in Design/Architecture of AWS and Hybrid cloud solutions
Help Enterprises define IT and business processes that work well with cloud deployments
Maintain cloud-based servers patching vulnerabilities, backup/restore operations, provisioning new servers, configuring firewalls, configuring monitoring systems
