Senior Analyst – ITS Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The ITS Cloud Technologies team support the internal IT Infrastructure used by all Deloitte Staff, focusing on Server, Cloud, Storage, and Data Centers for Deloitte Australia.
Work you’ll do
As a part this team, you will:
Work as a Senior Analyst in the ITS Cloud and Infrastructure Team supporting Deloitte Australia.
Assist with the development and growth of the DELOITTE Hybrid Cloud infrastructure, including virtualised networking.
Performing complex problem resolution, root cause analysis and identification of improvement opportunities
Develop automation and orchestration strategies to streamline current processes
Play a key role in the deployment of DELOITTE IT Projects to the firm
Assist with ensuring the environment is secure and updated
Maintain and Monitor the IT Infrastructure, using existing toolsets.
Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports.
Undertake ad-hoc duties as outlined by leads/managers.
Demonstrate the ability to independently deliver without significant senior support/escalation.
Build rapport with senior stakeholders to continually broaden and strengthen relationships.
Present with presence and confidence to leadership and senior stakeholders.
Drive and contribute to a positive and constructive culture.
Share knowledge and implement opportunities for improvement from lessons learned activities.

The Team:
The Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for providing support for all activities related to public cloud and infrastructure on the x86 platform architecture for all types of servers and Operating Systems for Deloitte. The ITS Cloud Technologies team support the internal IT Infrastructure used by all Deloitte Staff, focusing on Server, Cloud, Storage, and Data Centres.
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of relevant professional experience in a large, diverse server environment.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Intermediate knowledge of VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp Systems, and other infrastructure vendors.
Experience implementing AWS and Azure services in distributed computing environments.
Strong scripting abilities using PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.
Knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
In-depth knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, computer science, or equivalent.
Advanced degree or training in AWS or Azure architecture preferred.
Technical proficiency in systems, troubleshooting, and issue management.
Knowledge of emerging IT technology solutions and industry trends.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of primary AWS and Azure services.
Deployment and operational expertise in Windows, Linux, and other OS.
Expert knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with software-defined networking (VMware NSX, CISCO ISE).
Knowledge of big data, analytics, and Hadoop environments.
Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Domains, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with DNS and IP management tools (Infoblox).
Experience with Microsoft System Centre (primarily Operations Manager and OMS).
Knowledge of VMware's SDDC stack (vSphere, VRA, NSX, vSAN, VMware Cloud).
Experience in API management and DevOps/Continuous Integration frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
