Your Accountabilities

I will be delivering proactive service
Platform Monitoring
Providing & maintaining internal knowledge base Get-Help articles
Service Improvements & Projects
Proactive Reporting
Proactive Investigation
I will be delivering reactive service
Dealing with incidents & service requests
Dealing with enquires
Dealing with major incidents in hours & out of hours
I will have opportunities for Technical Development
Personal development
The role requires:
UK working hours
1 week in 4 out of hours On Call requirement
Flexibility to carry out Service Improvement Plan & Change Activity out of UK hours
Skills Required
We are trying to create a more diverse team within Digital Workplace and we are interested in hearing from any individual with:
Strong diagnostic and investigative skills.
Excellent customer handling.
Incident management experience.
Personal drive and enthusiasm.
Along with having the right attitude and willingness to learn, you must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge in:
Exchange Server (any version)
The following skills are certainly preferred but not mandatory:
Exchange Online (as this role will be centred around Microsoft Exchange technologies)
Office 365
Active Directory
Windows Server
Scripting / Automation
It would be desirable for the role holder to have experience of some of the following:
Continuous Improvement
Change management
Incident & Problem Management
MS SQL
Network infrastructure
Network Connectivity processes
Server and Storage Solutions
