We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer:
In this role, you will:
• You will be implementing platform as a service solution for our internal customers.
• You will need to provide robust, resilient, developer friendly ecosystem for hosting applications in the cloud.
• You’ll be part of newly formed team of Cloud Engineers.
• You’ll be working with architects and product owners to set and define engineering work needed for successful delivery of highly complex cloud products.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Strong hand-on experience with cloud services and concepts (GCP and AWS)
• Kubernetes (EKS and GKE) – both from developer and operator perspective
• Infrastructure as a Code experience – Terraform
• Istio service Mesh
• Excellent coding skills in Java or Python
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, SOLID, DRY and KISS principles
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and available tools like Jenkins, GitHub
• Very good analytical skills;
• A high level of motivation, quick to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
