Team and Role Overview
We are looking for a Cloud Experience Analyst to assist a growing team responsible for providing best-in-class service to the largest financial institutions across the globe in the regulatory space. If you have the curiosity to learn new technology and thrive in building new relationships, this position may be right for you.
Responsibilities
Act as a delivery manager and assist our Cloud clients in the context of onboarding during the implementation of our RegCloud solution
Work directly with our implementation team and customer to inform, plan and coordinate all aspects of Cloud Integration
Promote the implementation of best practices and technical guidance
Work closely with our Cloud Operations team to breakdown and schedule implementation tasks
Follow up on Cloud onboarding issues and ensure Support and Engineering are provided with all relevant information
Facilitate and document with our Cloud Operation teams the technical aspects of new functionalities
Maintain consistent client-facing implementation documents as well as internal procedures and implementation methodology
Skills And Requirements
Minimum of 3 years working in IT projects within the capital markets industry
Must have had exposure to a project environment or have a support experience (at least 2 years) from a technical or functional perspective
Bachelor's and/or Masters's degree in Computer Science or I.T.
Good communication skills. I will be working hands-on with customers and other Adenza departments
Ability to articulate procedures and create a re-usable reference document
Excellent attention to detail, an organized approach in a multi-tasking environment, and strong problem-solving/facilitation abilities

Adenza Mumbai is located on the 2nd floor of the Ackruti Center Point building. We’re very close to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, and Five Star Hotels. We have excellent transport links nearby, including Andheri Metro and railway station. Many restaurants are just opposite our building. We have two large offices with a modern cafeteria with a coffee vending machine, coffee/tea/snacks are always available games as well.
