Expertise in designing and implementing end to end system integrations, using API middleware, ETL tools.
• Lead integration activities between cloud-based and on-premises banking applications, ensuring seamless data and process flow.
• Govern integration architecture, solution design, and the rollout of new integration features, often leveraging cloud-native technologies and APIs.
• Ensure designs and implementations meet regulatory standards and internal compliance policies relevant to the banking sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding IT, security, operations, and business unitsto deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
• Document integration solutions, manage related risks, and mentor other integration team members involved in cloud banking programs.
• Deep understanding of public cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure) as well as hybrid cloud strategies used by banks.
• Experience in banking applications, payment processing systems (ACH, RTGS, Open Banking), and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong familiarity with security and regulatory compliance for financial services, especially cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in APIs, middleware, microservices architecture, and cloud-native integration and automation tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project documentation skills.
