6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
Solid experience in API design and development (REST/GraphQL)
Hands-on with Spring Security, OAuth 2.0
Experience with Hibernate / Spring JPA
Proficiency in Azure Cloud (SaaS/PaaS services)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps)
Strong understanding of messaging systems (JMS / queues)
Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit/TestNG) and mocking tools
Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and NoSQL databases
Nice to Have
Exposure to frontend technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript)
Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
Familiarity with SAFe / Agile methodologies
Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders/product owners to understand requirements and convert them into user stories
Analyze system dependencies and support feature prioritization
Contribute to application design and development in an Agile environment
Participate in backlog grooming, estimation, and sprint/PI planning
Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
Follow coding standards, security practices, and development guidelines
Support POCs and adoption of new tools/technologies as needed
Collaborate with team members across onsite and offshore locations
Participate in code reviews, testing, and issue resolution to ensure quality deliverables
