They need someone with a Polyglot mindset, ideally Golang/Python as the primary and another language whether it be PHP or another. But completely flexible for the right person.
They need an engineer who can deploy onto Cloud to a high level, who understand the deployment process after they have written their code. A developer who can built, ship and run it I guess you could say.
Role coverage;
Sitting in the Systems Engineering team, they really need someone with a mindset of Software Engineering focus but a good background across AWS serverless work and CI/CD builds.
Skills required;
Strong Polyglot background
Expertise in building and maintaining event-driven architectures
A strong AWS Lambda background
A good knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform and Docker would be ideal too
