Roles & Responsibilities-
We are looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient Client Success Manager with expertise in AWS foundational services (Compute, Storage, Network, Database, Security, and Cost Management) and customer experience management. Candidate should be able to lead troubleshooting efforts, resolve AWS service issues, and provide architectural, cost and security best practices guidance to clients.
Must have strong stakeholder management experience, and proactive issue resolution to drive excellence. Key responsibilities will be technical advisory, cloud cost optimization, performance monitoring, security posture improvement and ensuring SLA compliance while maintaining and improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency. The candidate must be persuasive and assertive.
Areas of work
Client Engagement & Success
• Build trusted relationships by understanding Applications workloads and by being proactive in driving issue resolutions and recommendations.
• Map effectively with all critical application team members to avoid issues from occurring.
• Drive remediation of cloud performance, security, and cost issues.
• Facilitate regular client reviews, highlighting achievements and roadmaps.
Technical Leadership & Advisory
• Provide FinOps suggestion to optimize cloud costs.
• Collaborate with Searce teams members to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Decision Making & Reporting
• Periodically analyze cloud performance metrics, cost trends, and security postures in collaboration with Searce and client team members.
• Create and present insights through dashboards, executive summaries, and reports.
• Drive improvements with client teams in collaboration with Searce team members.
Stakeholder Management
• Handle complex discussions with assertiveness and confidence and provide solutions both technically and operationally.
• Communicate technical topics in a business-friendly manner.
• Assess different user personas and establish communication frequencies to ensure right level of communication and updates.
