Your skills and experience
• Must have 10-15 years overall IT experience with necessary hands on skills in software development and engineering.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and experience
• Good understanding of numerous CI/CD pipeline tools
• Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban.
• Experience with coding in Terraform, GCP preferred
• Experience in supporting Terraform Enterprise, Shared Infrastructure and Network in Cloud
• Background in full stack development and proficient in more than one programming language (Python, Go, Bash)
• Technical leadership in building microservices based solutions on public cloud
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure elements like networks, compute, storage, database
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and part of multicultural team
• Ability to provide technical leadership in major incident investigation problem and change management activities
• Experience working in a Financial Services organization, familiar with Risk Control Frameworks and the Regulatory Regime the bank operates in.
• A curious, innovative mind-set that is comfortable and confident to challenge the status quo
• The ability and experience to navigate around a large corporate organization and able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the Corporate Ladder.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
