Duties and Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue and market share in the Region by meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans. Build and manage the large and mid-sized enterprise team, while keeping the run rate through SMB businesses
• Ensure customer satisfaction through thought-leadership and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Manage contract negotiations
• Consistently to share prospect feedback regarding our services, or pricing to Leadership team and offer suggestions for additional services to be added to our portfolio.
• Work closely with Marketing to ensure to help achieve Marketing Objectives.
• Sales teams: enablement, collaterals, co-ordinate pre-sales effort, Leads, Proposals, assistance in New customer acquisition and Market Intelligence - Customer, Principal, Competition

Requirements:
• Need Experienced Candidate who can effectively collaborate with immediate team
• Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams. Has a strong drive for results & to be part of growth journey
• Must have experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experience in AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud services.
• Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns and enablement
• Leadership Skills: proven record of leading high performance multi department teams
• Strategy Skills: Leadership; Negotiation; Customer Orientation; Decision Making; Team development; Analytical thinking; Attention to detail; Critical thinking
• Excellent written and spoken English. Accurate, nuanced, direct, and kind messaging.
• Being able to work independent and respond quickly.

Experience: 3-5yrs
