Cloud Security Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to support security operations within an Azure environment.
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, requiring an Australian citizen who can obtain a Baseline security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support security operations engineering projects within Azure, including deployment, automation, and security service updates.
Develop enterprise-level architecture documentation and high-level solution architectures for cloud-based systems.
Ensure adherence to whole-of-government standards while providing technical guidance and impact analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, user-friendly, and reliable cloud solutions.
Requirements:
Cloud Security Expertise: 5+ years' experience supporting security operations engineering projects in Azure, including security service management.
Cloud Experience: Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Manager, and deployment using Azure DevOps.
Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and mentor team members.
Agile Methodology: Experience delivering solutions in Agile multi-disciplinary teams.
