As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing advanced technical support to clients.
Troubleshooting network problems and resolving complex IT issues.
Collaborating with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Working closely with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.
BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS.
You will also be responsible for escalating service or project issues that cannot be resolved within agreed service levels and completing scheduled tickets promptly and updating customer documentation via CRM.
