The ideal candidate should have extensive industry experience in developing back-end systems in a modern cloud environment (GCP). Proficiency in Python programming language and its ecosystem, as well as databases and big data systems, is required. Additionally, experience with production systems for machine learning applications, building containerized backend systems (Docker, Kubernetes), and highly-available distributed cloud systems is necessary. Excellent team working skills, good communication, and collaboration skills are also essential.
