Cloud Support Engineer - DWH
Our Cloud Support Engineers will typically have:
Deploy and maintain ETL pipelines across multiple environments
Deploy product updates as required while implementing integrations when they arise
Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our infrastructure
and development needs
Drive team communication during critical events
Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our technical support experience
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
Who we prefer?
Data Warehousing concepts (min 3 years)
Building ETL pipelines (min 2 years)
Advanced SQL queries (min 2 years)
Ready to work in shifts
Documentation Skills
Good to have – AWS experience
