Cloud Support Engineer - DWH
Our Cloud Support Engineers will typically have:
• Deploy and maintain ETL pipelines across multiple environments
• Deploy product updates as required while implementing integrations when they arise
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our infrastructure and development needs
• Drive team communication during critical events
• Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our technical support experience
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
Who we prefer?
• Data Warehousing concepts (min 3 years)
• Building ETL pipelines (min 2 years)
• Advanced SQL queries (min 2 years)
• Ready to work in shifts
• Good to have – AWS experience
Education Qualification:
• · BE / B.Tech / M.Tech from Tier1 institutes
