Job Description
A Cloud Support Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure for businesses. Their primary role is to ensure the smooth operation of cloud systems and applications, including troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to users.
Managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, databases, and applications.
Monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, and identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot application issues and ensure optimal performance.
Providing technical support to end-users, including resolving issues related to cloud-based applications, networks, and security.
Conducting regular security audits to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data stored in the cloud.
Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure.
Staying up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends to ensure that systems are optimized for performance and efficiency.
Requirements :
Trained Fresher or Prior experience in cloud computing or systems administration.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management tools such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users, stakeholders, and development teams.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
