Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues with O365 products
• Install, navigate, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems
• Provide support for application navigation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange issues
• Handle internet and networking, Outlook, and SharePoint-related queries
• Configure and troubleshoot protection software
