International BPO is a multinational company with operations in Gurgaon and Pune. We are currently hiring for the position of Server Support Engineer/ Cloud Support. The selected candidate will be part of our 247 US shift, working on rotational duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues with O365 products
• Install, navigate, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems
• Provide support for application navigation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange issues
• Handle internet and networking, Outlook, and SharePoint-related queries
• Configure and troubleshoot protection software
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant technical experience and excellent English communication skills. They must also possess good listening and responding skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Interested candidates can call us for further information.
