Have you successfully led large-scale cloud adoption for Enterprises? Do you enjoy working with people in the multicultural environment across different regions? Do you like getting a deep understanding of complex problems and then converting them into simple, elegant solutions?
We’re looking for a Cloud Technical Lead to:
• advisor on ubs cloud adoption strategy, policy and procedures
• responsible for developer transformation initiative and will for manage team of cloud engineers
• design and implement solutions on cloud following best practices
• research and innovate new azure offerings and guide team
• reference implementation for latest azure offerings that matches business requirement
• implement azure subscription cost, policy, governance best practices
• work closely with and influence cto team, application teams & ubs infrastructure teams to achieve successful implementation of azure services.
Your team
You’ll be leading the Global Wealth Management (GWMUS) Cloud Adoption team based in Pune. We engineer Azure services such that Application development team can consume it. As a Cloud SME, you'll be point person for India Application development team on Azure adoption, which involves migrating existing and building new solution on Azure cloud. Our culture centers around partnership with our businesses, transparency, accountability, empowerment, and passion for the innovation and technology.
Your expertise
• worked as a cloud sme/architect focusing on cloud implementation for 4 - 6 years, and overall 12 to 15 years of it experience
• sound understanding of azure platform and hands–on experience in engineering azure services for development teams.
• experienced in building and running containerized microservices for kubernetes/cloud environment
• implemented application delivery using gitlab, github or azure devops.
• implemented cloud infrastructure automation using arm/terraform and bash/powershell
• implemented monitoring solutions using observability tools like azure log analytics, application insights, prometheus and grafana
• strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to coach and lead the team.
• strong analytic and problem solving skills
• microsoft azure solution architect certification preferred.
• certified kubernetes application developer (ckad) certification is a plus.
• bachelor or equivalent degree with a focus in technology.
