We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.
In this role, you will:
• Ensuring Cloud technical delivery as per the HSBC standards and security aspects.
• Implement and maintain Devops principals while delivering and maintaining cloud services with the help of Full Stack Engineer.
• Support GCP platform specific support requests, incidents, issues, tickets to ensure flawless and quality delivery of services to end users.
• Work on GT cloud technical implementation stories.
• Confluence the process for following the standards and security aspects in service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or mathematics. GCP certifications are plus.
• Good knowledge around Cloud infra elements like Compute Engine, Storage, Data Storage, Stack Driver Monitoring and Machine Learning basics.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure services like PaaS, IaaS, SaaS basics.
• Good knowledge on developing cloud-based applications. Ability to design and develop SQL based tasks
• Experience in python or shell scripts
• Deploying and debugging capabilities for cloud based solutions.
• understanding of event based functionality automation and execution in cloud.
• Good communication skills to provide updates to POD on ongoing activities. Analytical and problem solving skills.
