Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the operations, staff, and financial aspects of our club. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Club Manager will ensure the smooth running of the club and promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
Manage and supervise club staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Plan and coordinate events and activities for club members.
Ensure the club is in compliance with all laws and regulations.
Manage the club’s budget and finances, including membership fees and expenses.
Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance member experience.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from club members.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure the club’s facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe for use.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in club or hospitality management.
