About the Role
Ensuring the effective and efficient management of club operations.
Documenting and reporting any security and compliance matters.
Planning, executing, and managing major events.
Working across both DOOLEYS venues; DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club and Regent St. Pavilion.
Coaching employees and manage performance through performance reviews, formal meetings, and monthly catchups.
Organising, leading and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Work closely with all departments to establish effective relationships and work together to achieve the club’s goals.
Efficiently and effectively managing compliance, of all policies and procedures.
Ensuring effective communication with the team.
About You:
Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a supervisor or leadership position.
Previous experience working in hospitality and gaming is desirable.
Ability to lead and manage dynamic teams within the operation.
Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights, overnights and weekends.
Complying with all relevant legislation to Clubs including RSA, RCG, ARCG and organisational procedures.
Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to write professional reports.
Staff and performance management experience.
Have impeccable personal presentation.
