We are looking for the next part time Clubfit Receptionist, that loves customer service and wants to be a part of an awesome team who are helping our wider community achieve great things.

This is a part time role working 34 hours per fortnight:
Thursday 1.30 pm - 8.30pm
Friday 1.30pm - 8.30pm
Alternate Saturday shifts 8.00am-4.30pm
About the Role:
As the face of Clubfit, you will be responsible for providing clear and accurate information.
You will be a great communicator and be committed to providing an unparalleled level of customer service alongside excellent administration skills and support.
Participation in the development of upcoming promotions for membership growth and retention, cashing up, stock control, and processing of new memberships will all be part of your daily responsibilities.
You will add to the Clubfit team culture by bringing your best self and to contribute to the overall energy and positive vibe.
About You:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
Have proven ability to communicate with, and relate to a broad range of people from a variety of ages, cultures and backgrounds.
Have relevant administration experience, including POS and cash handling and a great eye for detail.
Be competent in the MS Office suite of products to an Intermediate level.
Be level headed and methodical when dealing with stressful or emergency situations.
