Job Description :

Ensure gold loan growth and cross selling product for the cluster consisting of 6 to 10 Branches, Handholding the branch staff to achieve targets, Responsible for New customer acquisition at branches, Maintain and develop relationship with HNI customers.

Knowledge about the competitors and strategies the plan of action to grab the market. Work closely with HR to ensure 100% staffing level at branches as per norms.
