Qualifications
Someone with a passion and knowledge of the arts, design and the hospitality industry who has their finger on the pulse in India and beyond

A creative campaign thinker - from ideation to delivery who is capable of translating ideas and visions into the hotel operation
University degree with emphasis in Marketing is strongly preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in progressive roles within a marketing function, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
Proficient understanding of systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook, Opera, Canva, Sprout, etc.
Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation, a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them.
Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and have a high-level attention to detail
You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Hindi and English.
