Cluster Head

RESPONSIBILITIES : Hunting and onboarding the venues of Delhi NCR by meeting the owners of the properties which includes negotiation Handling a team of about 7-8 Venue Managers and keep a regular check on the progress of the onboarded venues Regular meetings with the venue owners for a smooth functioning throughout the customer handling process Managing the sales team performance metrics and help them in drive the revenue and achieve the sales targets Work to your peoples’ strengths and still in them the passion and commitment to deliver an exceptional service. Monitor your team's effectiveness by developing individual performance objectives and make recommendations for improvements, while also being accountable for achieving sales and customer satisfaction objectives. Address and manage under performance as soon as it is identified following company guidelines Responsible for the operational efficiency of the region/cluster and productivity of its staff. Prepare periodic and statutory reports for management. Understand your customer base and identify opportunities to build and grow profitable relationships. Deliver against business and sales performance. Take ownership for resolving complex problems, working with colleagues in other offices Provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. REQUIREMENTS : Overall experience of 6-7 years in sales with at least 3-4 years of experience in team handling Analytically strong and ability to structure and negotiate complex deals. Demonstrated leadership ability in building and leading a team. Sales oriented working style and go-getter attitude/ mature, professional and has the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients. High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get tasks completed. Comfortable working in cross-functional setups and experience in early-stage startup environments preferred. COMPENSATION : 7-8.4 LPA
