Scope of the Role: Responsible for building a quality liability book for the bank across the assigned territory. With larger business unit of approx 40 to 50 members.
Job Description:
> Responsible to manage a team of large business unit consisit of 40 to 50 menbers.
> Recruit, train, develop and retain branch sales managres and business development executives for aquisition.
> Conduct marketing activities to generate quality leads for the acquisition team.
> Create and implement proper business plans and timely evaluate the progress of the plans, understand gap if any and take corrective measures.
> With the support of team , increase the wallet share by cross selling other products to the clients like wealth products and business banking products.
> Support and train the team for quality acquisition with proper liability mix.
Ideal Candidate: Candidates with at least 8 years plus banking sales experience ,Candidate should be currently working as area sales manager (Liabilities) or branch managers with previous experienced as Branch sales managers with any leading banks.
