Designation: Cluster Head - Branch Banking
Job Locations: Bangalore, Raipur, Nagpur
Job Description:
1.Responsible for carefully observing and evaluating the capabilities of Branch Managers and employees and assign them to appropriate roles within the branch.
2.Spearheading efforts across managing the whole gamut of tasks pertaining to functions in sales of banking products.
3.Managing overall mortgage operations including P&L accountability, strategic planning, sales, customer service administration and relationship management.
4.Reviewing existing systems & procedures and designing internal controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas for achieving higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost reduction.
5.Developing and monitoring performance against key success metrics while identifying and mitigating risks associated with achieving the bank’s business plans.
Qualification
Candidates must have Managed portfolio - Minimum 1500 crore and above not less than that.
Candidates must have done their Graduation.
Candidates should be handing 14-15 branches as a cluster manager.
