We are Hiring _ Cluster Head- Dairy

About the Responsibilities-
To ensure business development of dairy channel for the cluster assigned across all parameters, in order to achieve objectives of profitability. Lead a result oriented team and responsible for achieving the Cluster’s sales / recovery targets, to work on high quality service and customer relationship management. To work on productivity of team as per the bank's norms and compliance with banking rules, regulations & procedures. To achieve budgeted business targets of the region assigned by the management across all parameters i.e. Business, Portfolio & Portfolio quality, housekeeping & cross sell. Provide strategy and plan for meeting targets / objectives; provide guidance and direction on various parameters of business so that targets are met.
Qualifications
MBA / Post Graduate / Graduate/ CA
Required Skills
Sufficient hands-on work experience of min. 10 years and above in banking industry. Should have 10 years experience in Agri/ working capital/ Asset. Should have team handling experience.
