Position Title: Cluster Head : Banking & PCG
Location: Chennai
Department: Sales
Reports to: State Head of Tamil Nadu
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and obtain market share for our products in the banking and PCG channel.
• Strong relationship building in banks and maintenance of AUM.
• Continuously enthuse and motivate sales staff of banks and PCG to sell our products.
• Train frontline sales staff; formulate sales promotion and other sales support activity.
• Gather market intelligence for product development process.
• Maintain RM database, proper follow up and tracking of market share
Experience: 6-13 years of experience
Qualification: Graduation / Postgraduate (Any), NISM -VA
Skills And Abilities:
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, self-motivated and should be a go-getter
• Flexibility & Adaptability
• Problem Solving and Decision Making
• Ability to take mature decisions from a business perspective
