you will be responsible for managing and growing the business banking portfolio in the assigned cluster
You will lead a team of Relationship Managers and work closely with the Sales and Business Lending departments to achieve business goals
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business banking customers in the assigned cluster Manage and grow the existing portfolio by cross
selling and up
selling financial products and services Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
including customers
internal teams
and external partners Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the clusterQualifications Bachelors degree in business administration
Finance
