Responsibilities ::-
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure high team productivity and low attrition.
• Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned bank cluster. Monitor performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met across all product lines (protection, savings, etc.).
• Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank Branch Managers, Cluster Heads, and staff. Ensure smooth coordination, facilitate joint calls, and resolve operational issues to leverage the bank's customer base effectively.
• Compliance & Training: Ensure the sales process strictly adheres to regulatory guidelines and company compliance standards. Conduct regular product training and upskilling for both the insurance team and bank employees.
Candidate Profile ::-
• Typically 4-8 years of experience in Life Insurance, with a mandatory minimum of 2-3 years in team handling within the Bancassurance channel.
• Experience should primarily be from the Life Insurance industry, preferably in Bancassurance or other similar alternate/direct channels/Agency Channel
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Stable career history and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a team-handling role.
