Cluster Manager /State Head will be reporting to the zonal head of operations of Inventory Management. The major role will be to manage and streamline purchase order management and order fulfilment to maintain fill rate with vendors and drive product availability for the cluster while maintaining a fine balance in the product availability and Total Inventory in the FCs.
What you will do:
• Ongoing ordering operations and planning
• Scheduled ad-hoc ordering (Indenting + PO s) management
• Days of Inventory management
• Ongoing purchase operations planning
• Fill rates management
• Daily inbound management
• GRN management
• Vendor scheduling management
• Vendor management
• Payments and commercials management
• Fill rate scheduling performance follow ups with vendors
• Collaboration with vendors of different brands
Qualification:
• Experience range: 4 - 6 years in leading FMCG/Retail companies
• Graduate or MBA
• Proficiency in excel
