Role-Cluster Manager(Banca Channel Sales)
CTC- upto-3.5 LPA + incentive + Other benefit
CLUSTER MANAGER:-
ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• To train, support engage with Branch resources to drive the channel acquisition (demat trading a/c) numbers and revenue products.
• To be well versed with products related to equity markets and wealth products.
• Will be working very closely with the Bank team of Cluster Heads, Branch Heads and the Channel employees to drive productivity of the bank employees
• Will be responsible for devising and convincing Bank Cluster Heads and Branch Heads for regular RR drives to give a fillip to sales numbers
• Will be driving the Bank channel team to achieve the targets assigned to branches clusters as well as focus on achieving their own target.
